Our Site Sucks Update - Phase 1

As indicated in a previous blog post, the winner of the Our Site Sucks promotion was SkinBeautiful, a cosmetic medi-spa located in Belleville, Ontario.

We chose SkinBeautiful because we felt that their current site (while certainly not the worst of the entries) was the one that had the biggest room for improvement given the nature of their business. We recently presented a new identity and static mock-up to SkinBeautiful and thought that we would share the items presented as they have now been approved by the client.

So what you see here is the final approved new corporate identity for SkinBeautiful, as well as a static mockup of their home page to give an idea of the new direction/design of their new website. There are still some things to work out related to the content which is why some stuff is greeked in. We are still working on refining this design as well as extrapolating this design out into content page templates as well.

Thanks to the folks at SkinBeautiful for being open minded to this process. This is when we do our best work.
