Family Dental Centre campaign gives us a reason to smile.

For the most part we are a pretty humble shop that relies on the success of the work that we create for our clients as our celebratory reward. However, every once and while comes an opportunity where we have to 'toot' our own horns. Today is one of those days.

We received a letter today informing our firm that we have won a Silver award in the Summit International Creative Awards - Newspaper Campaign Category for our recent 'Smile Transformation' campaign for the Family Dental Centre.

The Summit Creative Awards recognizes worldwide the work of advertising, interactive, video production, graphic design and public relations companies with annual billings under $30 million a group that is often shadowed in national and international competitions by larger companies with multi-million dollar budgets. The awards program was launched in 1994 to reinforce the importance of these agencies and their influence on our everyday culture and the economy. Since then, the competition has established itself as one of the premier arbiters of creative excellence. Last year, the 2009 competition drew thousands of entries representing twenty-six countries from five continents.

The Summit Creative Award’s judges come from top creative agencies, some being Ogilvy and Mather; Paragon Marketing Communications; Elevator; MCN; Memac Ogilvy; PUSH, Inc.; Mudra ddb; Jeff Fisher LogoMotives; TribalDDB; Cocoon Branding; Promoseven Network Inc.; New York University; the Art Institute, Inc.; Promoseven McCann Relationship Marketing; Wieden & Kennedy; Hal Riney and Partners; Strategy & Beyond; Turner Studios; Grey Advertising; TBWA/Chiat/Day; Young and Rubicam; DDM Interactive; and Saatchi & Saatchi.

The Family Dental Centre 'Smile Transformation' Campaign ran in regional dailies, community weeklies and The Toronto Star.
