About us
We're a small shop doing some pretty big things. We're located in Belleville, Ontario, on the shores of the Bay of Quinte. This business can be sink or swim, literally. Our philosophy is simple. Do your best work. Try and do it better than anyone else. Hire the best people. Push the limits. Have fun doing it. And always, always, play well with others.
We're a small company by agency standards, but we're not your typical agency. We're not certain that the typical agency even exists anymore. What we know is what we know, and that covers a lot, ranging from branding, marketing, design, and interactive. We're not for everyone. In fact, we're fairly selective about who we work with. But if you're as passionate about your business as we are about ours, we'll probably get along quite well.

A good idea can come from anyone at anytime. There's no ego here. We're not sure who's going to come up with the next big idea, we just know that it'll be great.

Shawn’s the top dog, and a bit of a clairvoyant, meaning he sees things that a lot of us simply don’t - like growth opportunities and competitive advantages. It’s a bit weird to be honest but clients seem to appreciate it. Just call him, or email him, or text him, or flash a light in the sky. He’s pretty much accessible 24/7 since obtaining his amazing iphone (we think he’s sleeping with it).

Brian doesn’t talk a lot at meetings. Not at the first meeting, anyway. Don’t worry, it’s not that he doesn’t like you, he just prefers to listen to what a client has to say. Then he squirrels himself away in back someplace and scribbles a bunch of stuff about strategic thinking and creative development and draws a bunch of stick people to make a point. Then he won’t shut up.

Sue is never in a bad mood. Ever. Seriously. OK, maybe there was a day or two back in grade school where she was steamed about something or someone, but we didn’t know her back then so we refuse to believe it. All we know is that our clients love working with Sue because she’s so darn nice, and awesome at what she does.

Ahhhh, Ryan. A grown man who rides a stunt bike to work and has hair that would put Medusa to shame. Most of the time we know what Ryan is talking about, although a lot of his conversations are peppered with the word “Dude”, as in “Dudes, it’s not my fault”. A lot of the time he’s speaking XHTML, CSS, WYSIWYG, and SQL, and we just blankly stare at him. But the Dude’s work rocks. Word.

Do you like baseball? If you’re like me, probably not. But I enjoy a good game. My favourite position is the relief pitcher. I mean, despite the best efforts of an entire team, everyone relies on this one guy to walk on to the field and get it done. Shane’s like that, a go-to guy. He manages to knock a few balls out of the park along the way too, which makes him a double threat in his position (sorry, I couldn’t shake off the baseball metaphors).
